If you need to return an product purchased from TopLinQs please start the process by going to the site, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please read the

Product(s) purchased from TopLinQs may be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks from the date of delivery fulfilling the following requirements:

1. TopLinQs customer care team must receive and approve your return request. Upon approval of your request, a return merchandise authorization number will be issued to you. This number must me clearly marked on the outside of the package when returning the items.

2. Original purchase invoice and receipt.

3. The proof for completed payment transaction.

4. The item(s) purchased in original form along with the contents, accessories if any, and the packaging slip in its original shipment container in a resalable condition.

5. The contact phone number, email and address for correspondence.
TopLinQs is not responsible for any damage occurred during your return shipment while in transit.

Return for refund would involve a 15% restocking fee.

TopLinQs technical support team reserves the right on final decision regarding the refund. Based on the reason for return, the purchaser may be responsible to pay the return shipment charges.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
